I had a subdirectory to prepare the solvers that use the monolithic flux
in the iterative setting. The subdirectory was included in the
CMakeLists, but did only contain a header and thus did compile. This
code went to a different branch (feature/ff-pm-coupling-monoflux) and
waits to be merged back
