Add License

The library needs a proper license such that it can be used by others.

Possible licenses:

• GPLv3 without runtime exception. GPLv3 is used by DuMuX. This might be the preferred/mandatory way as long as we include headers/examples from the DuMuX repository.
• MIT
• GPL with DUNE extension which has a runtime exception.
