Functions to exchange vector quantities is missing

Description

Currently the adapter only allows for exchanging scalar quantities (e.g. pressure), but not of vector quantities (e.g. velocities). For better usability the adapter should also allow for vector quantities and uses preCICE's API for vector quantities.
