Currently all tests in dumux-lecture will be run although we could also check there which tests are actually affected by doing the diff in dumux when the pipeline is triggered from upstream. TODO: - [ ] finish !146 taking stuff from `feature/test-dumux-trigger` and adressing this issue - [ ] adjust lecture branch in Dumux CI
