Place no deprecation macros where GridView will be substituted by Grid::LeafGridView after release 3.2.

cornerpoint test is missing

replace by EnableGridGeometryCache

Also remove unnecessary inclusions of the header.

Fix #579 where is was noted that 1.0 as default is more a disadvantage
than an advantage. Just specify 1.0 in the input file explicitly
instead.
