*Omitting this namespace leads to doxygen errors in fluidsystems and
 the non-equilibrium fluidstate

Everything in our .hh files is defined within the namespace `Dumux`.
There were numerous occurrences of `Dumux::` qualifiers that were
unnecessary. Remove those occurrences. Necessary qualifications
remain, such as `typedef Dumux::H2O<Scalar> H2O;`.

* use code environment
* use copydoc
* fix typos

The material folder is now complete: 
-All units have been "TeXed"  and added where missing
-All relevant function arguments are described in doxygen
-All doxygen warnings but one have been removed, also from the recently added fluidsystems

this is primary to allow models to check whether their assumptions are
valid for the given fluidsystem

also add the H2O-Air fluid system to the fluid systems test. this
caught a few issues!

if new fluid systems become available, the test should be
extended. also, there the same test should be used for all fluid
systems in dumux-devel.

and remove the "FluidSystem" postfix from the class names. e.g.
Dumux::H2ON2FluidSystem becomes Dumux::FluidSystems::H2ON2 . this
commit does not change anything beyond that...

it returns -- guess what? -- whether a fluid phase is assumed to be
incompressible. this method is useful e.g. for flash calculations.

All fluid systems which do not need a parameter cache now offer both the simple and the general interface.

- GenericFluidState -> NonEquilibriumFluidState (I don't remember the new name of EquilibriumFluidState)
- removed updateAverageMolarMass from NonEquilibriumFluidState and EquilibriumFluidState
- removed sum{Mole|Mass}Fractions from NonEquilibriumFluidState and EquilibriumFluidState
- all fluid states and systems now use enthalpy instead of internal energy

On a completely different front, this also makes the MpNc model
compile with energy enabled, although the implementation is still
incorrect. (as long as nobody is unhappy about it I won't change
this in this branch!)

it used to call Fluid::foo() directly. now we do this by means of the
fluid system, so that the same problems for 1p2c can be reused by
1p. Also has the advantage that all box models now provide a fluid
state which makes writing generic code much simpler...
