* Use l in krw/krn instead of hard-coded l=0.5

The end point capillary pressure is the capillary pressure at sw=1.
For Brooks-Corey laws it is also called entry pressure.

Fix/clamp input material laws

See merge request !365

This should not affect the regularzied version of vangenuchten, since
the regularized version makes sure the raw law is never called with
out-of-range parameters. However, when using the raw law we want the
security that a valid scalar is returned (not NaN).

Most of the partial derivatives in the material laws are
with respect to the effective saturation swe.
This is fixed for 2p.

The material folder is now complete: 
-All units have been "TeXed"  and added where missing
-All relevant function arguments are described in doxygen
-All doxygen warnings but one have been removed, also from the recently added fluidsystems

- make all headers in dumux/common and dumux/boxmodels/common self sustained,
  i.e. that they can be included without any preconditions
- remove most irrelevant includes in the common code
- bring the 1p and 1p2c box model up to stable standard (accessor functions in
  the volume and flux variable classes, make the 1p2c model work for
  compressible fluids, various fixes the 1p2c test problem)
- change the isfluid-trail fluid system to standard SI units
- play around with timestep control if timestep ramp-up is enabled
  (problem is still not solved, though)
- split the *properties.hh headers into the declaration of the properties and
  definition of defaults for the common part of the box models as well as for
  the 1p and 1p2c models
- put the indices structure for the 1p and 1p2c models into separate files
- introduce a base class for volume variables of the box models
