Everything in our .hh files is defined within the namespace `Dumux`.
There were numerous occurrences of `Dumux::` qualifiers that were
unnecessary. Remove those occurrences. Necessary qualifications
remain, such as `typedef Dumux::H2O<Scalar> H2O;`.

The convenience functions for partial pressure and vapor pressure are helpful for calculating the relative humidity.
There is now also a new function for setting the relative humidity instead of the mass or mole fractions. This makes life much easier, when working together with people from atmospheric science.

-Correct major bug in Multiphysics model: 1p subdomain has not stored both phase pressures -> pc was unknown if it was transferred to 2p subdomain -> wrong phase pressures
