We now use the doxygen detailed description for the immiscible
decoupled models, as approved by Markus.

since this was done in a semi-automatic way compilation for stuff not
used by the non-decoupled tests may be non-functional. I spared the
decoupled stuff because it does not compile ATM so I did not have a
way verify that it still works...

gridView.comm().sum(), min() and max() routines in sequential runs.
These can be avoided if the routines are only called if the number of
processes is greater than 1. I know that it would be better to find the
real source of the problem, but I did not succeed. If someone finds it,
I will be happy to revert this change.

this means GCC 4.2.4, automake  1.10.1, autoconf 2.61, autoheader 2.61, libtool 1.5.26

and the classes seem to be associated with the correct groups. 

Also improved documentation by getting rid of more than 250 Doxygen

so far the "new" fluid systems have been copied but are not used by
any other model. some discussion still needed...
