The volumevariables derive now from the energyvolumevariables which set the solid propererties needed for nonisothermal models in the new solidstate
Each model now also includes a solidstate (inert or compositional) and each problem a solidsystem.
For nonreactive models the default is set to constant component where properties can be specified in the input file.
The fluidsystems now do not have solid properties anymore. Each solid component now has all thermal properties which might depend on temperature.

Fluid systems exported phase indices for wetting and nonwetting components. The fluid system
is not the right place to decide about wettability. This introduces wettingPhase() in the spatial
params which returns the index of the phase in the fluidsystem we consider the wetting phase.
This way wettability can change temporally and spatially.
Indices throughout the 2p/2p2c/2pnc nc and mpnc where renamed accordingly.

This commit introduce a model traits class that encapsulates a few properties,
such as NumEq, NumComponents as well as the specifications on active processes
(EnableAdvection ... ). The respective property tags become obsolete and can be
deleted.

A new folder named discretization is introduced on the /dumux level.
In this folder there are all the geometry classes as well as vol vars, flux var cache
and physical laws (darcy, fick etc), since they could be possibly reused in decoupled
models and are not restricted to implicit models. NOTE: The fluxvariables and the flux
variables cache are still in the folder /porousmediumflow/implicit/. It is to be discussed
whether or not they should be moved into the discretization folder as well.
