[fluxvariables][gridfluxvarscache] adapt the fluxvariables to check for higherorder via the gridfluxvarscache, not the problem

* ni models did not inherit from their non-ni base models,
  thus the wrong local residual and fluxvars were used (navierstokes)

* 2 Latex-errors and 2 ingroup-errors left

* if a couplingContext is not yet correctly bound, it now can just
  do that itself
* change the signature of some methods to have the element at hand
