Add enthalpy of vaporization to constant component

Related to #1013 (closed) !2563

We could just add a function vaporizationEnthalpy that is also read from the input file.

This also allows to estimate the vapor pressure: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clausius%E2%80%93Clapeyron_relation#Applications (if e.g. triplePointPressure/Temperature is supplied)
