Improve documentation of shallow water model

The documentation of the shallow water model (https://dumux.org/docs/doxygen/master/a18412.html) should be improved in the following points:

• Add the viscous term to the documentation.
• Improve the documentation of the source terms. Add units and explain the bottom friction term more comprehensively.
