Description

As Mladen pointed out in an email to the list, there is

"a small inconsistency in naming of VTK files in parallel simulations. In dune-grid (v 2.2.0) grid/io/file/vtk/vtkwiter.hh the function getParallelPieceName(..) uses "-" as a separator between different file name parts. In Dumux, in io/vtkmultiwriter.hh the function fileName_(..) uses ":" for the same purpose, which gives incorrect pvd file."

This has already been discussed on the DUNE mailing list a while ago. If nobody objects, I would correct this and therefore enable usability of the parallel output in Windows.
