Rename DiscretizationMethods to DiscretizationMethod (singular) and change fields to lower case

According to Dumux naming schemes and @bernd it should be

• DiscretizationMethod instead of DiscretizationMethods
• cctpfa instead of CCTpfa
• box instead of Box
• ...
