Simplify porosity/permeability laws

We should get rid of the init() function in the permeability and porosity laws and pass the spatial params to the interface of the evaluate() function in order to avoid storing a spatial params pointer. Maybe could even not pass the spatialParams at all, but provide all quantities that are necessary for the particular law to be evaluated. We should think about that.
