[test] 1pncmin fluidsystem should inherit from h2on2

Why is the fluid system not h2on2? If some stuff is different inherit from h2on2 and only implement the different stuff with a useful comment why it is different.

What is componentEnthalpyBorder? Why does it have a fixed temperature and doesn't take the temperature from the fluidstate. Then it could just be called componentEnthalpy.
