[fluidsystems] OnePAdapter fluid systems to reuse multi-phase fluid systems

The current implementation of choosing a phase from multi-phase fluid systems for one-phase systems is buggy. Wrong diffusion coefficients are used for example!

This and other problems might be solved with an adapter fluidsystem that turns a multi-phase fluidsystem into a one-phase fluidsystem with the same number of components by choosing one phase.
