BrineCO2 phaseIdx assertion in test_fluidsystems

Our fluidsystems-test fails (line 159), because the assertion of assert(restrictPhaseIdx_ < 0 || restrictPhaseIdx_ == phaseIdx); fails for the pressure. I guess this has to do with the brine-adapter, but could not fix it or it did not make perfect sense to me right away. Does someone have an idea? If not this should be perfect for the dumux day.
