Flexible factor for retry time step in Newton-Raphson method

The standard Newton-Raphson method uses a fixed factor to reduce the time step size if the non-linear solver has not converged (dt = dt/2). For problems with large time step sizes a much lower reduction is enough. Introducing an RetryTimeStepReductionFactor will overcome this problem (dt = dt * RetryTimeStepReductionFactor).
