Extractmoduleparts does not work properly

When I tried it today, the script specified "dune" and "src" as folders in the topmost CMakeLists file, but it did not create these folders. On the other hand, in the topmost CMakeLists file, the folders that contained my executables were missing (e.g., "test", "appl"). Everything else was there. Also, it would be cool if the reference files were copied as well. Should be possible, shouldn't it?
