[bin][pub] Spinning up docker containers fails

For me it fails when I try to spin up docker containers that were created with the createdockerimage script. It seems that the boot fails because something in the setpermissions.sh file, that is created by createdockerimage.sh, and which is run at the start of a container, goes wrong.

I could not yet figure out what is going wrong, but, if setpermissions.sh is not copied, and not run on startup, the container works fine for me.
