Move fmt to Dumux namespace

Bernd Flemisch requested to merge fix/fmt-for-use-with-opm into master

By moving the fmt implementation to the namespace Dumux, clashes with existing upstream and downstream implementations can be avoided. This way it can be used e.g. together with OPM which defines symbols in the fmt namespace.

Fixes #1150 (closed).
