Feature/structural dynamics

Extends the hyperelastic model to be able to simulate elastodynamics (add term \rho \frac{\partial^2 u}{\partial t}). The term is discretized with a Newmark-beta scheme in time (implicit, second-order accurate).

Adds a structural dynamics test (CSM test case from the Turek & Hron benchmark).
