We can now compute problems on rotation symmetric grids. The results can be nicely visualized with ParaView using the `Rotational Extrusion` filter :). It would be nice to have an example in the examples folder. Possibly a comparison with an analytical solution so we can also demonstrate how to compute l2 errors for example.
