Description

This MR adds missing documentation to the DuMuX-preCICE adapter.

TODOs

Configure Doxygen
Add documentation to CouplingAdapter
Add documentation to DumuxPreciceIndexWrapper
Add (rudimentary) main page for Doxygen documentation.

Checklist

I made sure that the source files are formatted properly.
I added my changes to the changelog (CHANGELOG.md)
I updated the documentation.
