Install - need to change root folder name
Thanks for the case study files.
This is a suggestion for anyone who is new to DuMuX and tries to reproduce the results.
In my experience I found that the root directory needs to be Heck2020a and not heck2020a. That is, /Heck2020a/heck2020a/
mkdir Heck2020a && cd heck2020a
git clone https://git.iws.uni-stuttgart.de/dumux-pub/heck2020a.git
chmod +x heck2020a/installHeck2020a.sh
Then open bash script "installHeck2020a.sh" and change line 26
from:
cd dune-subgrid && git checkout releases/2.6 && cd ..
to:
cd dune-subgrid && git checkout releases/2.7 && cd ..
run the installation script:
./heck2020a/installHeck2020a.sh
The installation should finish with:
-- Generating done -- Build files have been written to: /media/l1nux/SEAG2TB1/Heck2020a/heck2020a/build-cmake --- calling make for Heck2020a --- build directory: build-cmake cmake --build . -- --- Heck2020a done --- --- done ---
Change to this directory:
cd /Heck2020a/heck2020a/build-cmake/appl/example1
open this file "CTestTestfile.cmake" and read line 7 to find the name of the simulation to run:
test_stokes1p2cdarcy2p2c_radiation
in the terminal enter:
make test_stokes1p2cdarcy2p2c_radiation
to run the simulation:
./test_stokes1p2cdarcy2p2c_radiation
