[Biomin] add task: change permeability law
requested to merge feature/biomin-exercise-task-change-perm-law into feature/biomin-exercise-improvements
Add a small task of changing the permeability law from Kozeny-Carman to the Power Law using a pre-prepared implementation of the power law.
