Feature/improve fluidsystem ex

Todo:

• rename Wetting/Nonwetting phase alias to Liquid/Gas
• add hydrophil -> hydrophob task
• update Readme.md (paths are still wrong, i.e. .../tutorial/ex3)

Fixes dumux#513 (closed).
