By accident, I deleted the reference solution in stead of updating it.

Sorry for that. This is now the new reference solution, calculated with
the increased linear solver residual reduction, and the new darcy 
velocity calculation.
Again: Old and new way of calculating velocities lead to *identical*
result files if the linear solver residual reduction is 1e-11 or less
