Introduce boxproperty "EvalGradientsAtSCVCenter" for the evaluation of shape

function gradients at the sub-control volume centers.
This is currently only needed for the stokes models and for the linear
elastic model. 
In boxfvelementgeometry the gradients at the sub-control volume centers
are now additionally evaluated for 3D and not only for 2D problems if
the property "EvalGradientsAtSCVCenter" is set to true.
By default "EvalGradientsAtSCVCenter" is set to false for all boxmodels
except for the stokes and the linear elastic models.
