[SimpleH2O] Fix vaporizationEnthalpy: kJ/kg to J/kg

The vaporizationEnthalpy has the wrong unit (kJ/kg) leading
to wrong results for this function and for the gasEnthalpy
which uses vaporizationEnthalpy.
This fix returns the result in the correct unit: J/kg
