Removed commented lines which were copied from the h2on2fluidsystem. The thermal conductivity of air is set constant so far and is only valid for a temperature of approximately 20°C. The same holds for the liquid thermal conductivity if the complex relations are not used. This should be generalized in a similar way as the h2on2fluidsystem in dependency on the fluid composition, temperature and pressure. Heat capacity is not implemented so far, but also not used in the standard models.
