[fvgeometry] Implement scv, scvf, fvGeometry, fvGeometryVector

The fvGeometryVector builds all sub control volumes, sub control
volume faces and fvGeometries; where the fvGeometries are merely
providing iterators over scvs and scvfs of an element.
