[md][multibinary] Make index mapping logic an implementation detail

Provide new interface subApply that applies a given function to
the correct sub coupling manager making available the correct local indices.

Also makes problem interfaces obsolete which is fixed in the same commit
for the freeflow-darcy stuff (the only coupl manager using the binary model so far)
