[cornerpoint] simplify installexternal and opm-grid patch

`opm-material` is not needed anymore. Since Dumux checks itself for
`opm-common` in its `CMakeLists.txt`, changes to `opm-grid`'s
buildsystem giles aren't necessary anymore.
