[2cstokes2p2c,2cnistokes2p2cni] Cleanup stokescouplinglocalresidual. 

Integrated evalCouplingVertexFunction into evalBoundary.
Adjusted the difference in the coupling boundary handling between isothermal and non-isothermal case.
Removed very potentially never used portion of code.
