Merge branch 'fix/test_2pncmin' into 'master' 

[2pncmin] updated the reference solutions of 2pncmin to fix the failing test.

2pnc and 2pncmin are now correctly using mole fraction gradients for diffusion instead of concentration gradients.
This change was introduced in revision 0dc99b97 but the reference solution was not updated at that time.
