[mpnc] rename 2padapter to mpadapter, use numPhases as template and specialize... 

[mpnc] rename 2padapter to mpadapter, use numPhases as template and specialize for 2 phases. Now spatialparams do not need adapter anymore. Adapt ncpflash and immiscibleflash to be able to use new adapter
