[compositionalLocalResidual] Adapt handling of diffusive fluxes

* consider vector of molecular fluxes in a more generic way
* when using moles, make sure that the total molar flux given by the
  respective diffusion law actually cancels out
* otherwise, consider all individual fluxes for total balance
