[license] adjust example doc generation to new license headers

[license] create_cmakelists.py includes SPDX header

Bugfix after a macro has been introduced to define new properties.
The Python property generator looks for already defined macros since
it has the possiblity to add properties on the fly. After the change
the generator did not find all properties anymore. This fixes it.

Remove DEPENDS which is ignored

* Update the generators for the new spatialparams classes
* use the new problem and spatialparams classes

The current implementatino of the Pythons where C++ calls Python
code without making sure to have the GIL is not thread-safe.

Usage:
newTypeTag = CppTypeTag(name="TwoP", include="dumux/porousmediumflow/2p/model.hh")
myModel = Model(inheritsFrom=[newTypeTag], gridGeometry=gridGeometry)
