Manual inputs are provided via a human-readable json file which is
under version control. The parameters.txt file is now completely
auto-generated and shouldn't be manually edited. All edits
happen to the json file. This makes sure formatting and data
are separated properly and git changes are minimal.

Change input parameter group name from SpatialParameters to SpatialParams as SpatialParams already exists while SpatialParameters would be lonely.

[doc] Correct Freeflow to FreeFlow for EnableUnsymmetrizedVelocityGradientForBeaversJoseph, because that is how it is spelled in the code also.

[doc] Remove \b in front of Grid and Newton, as Angular0/1/2 and EnableAbsoluteResidualCriterion won't be the first entries of their category any more in the next step.

[doc] Change the positions of ElectroChemistry.pO2Inlet, Grid.CellType and LoadSolution.PriVarNamesState to where they belong alphabetically.

Fill missing entries in feature table

Include new features, add links to models and test problems

*This might scale the tables correctly on our web page

A new table for the sequential tests' features was added.
Using <div style="width:70%;overflow:auto;"> limits the horizontal
extent of the html page. As the tables are very broad,
they now have a horizontal scrollbar. This improves the appearance of
the documentation on our weppage.
Maybe there is a smarter idea for this?

updated the parameterlist.txt
then renamed the gridadaptation for implicit to gridadaption, to be
consistent with the decoupled stuff and the docu.

Updated featurelist for all freeflow and multidomain tests and partially
for io and material.
As the parameterlist.txt, now also the featurelist.txt uses the doxygen
markdown for the tables.

The parameters are now listed using the mark down support of doxygen for
creating tables. The parameter spreadsheet and html are now superfluous.
The script for checking new/old parameters has been updated.

  to work around new behavior in Doxygen 1.8.8 or newer.
- Fix missing closing brackets in brine_co2.hh.

included properly by doxygen.

rename propparams.ods to parameters.ods. Add html-version parameters.html and include it in parameterlist which is read by Doxygen. Include a pointer in the handbook.
