Bugfix: wrote out of bounds. It took gcc 4.8 and -O2 -g to trigger a segfault that could be tracked down by valgrind. Approved by Thomas.

Bugfix: the decoupled AMG test now also compiles with an unpatched PDELab. This is achieved by setting a corresponding macro in a PDELab header. This should be replaced by a proper configure test after the release. Reviewed by Christoph.

OneModelProblem, since the object can be owned by a different class.
This leads to a segfault at the end of test_transport. Therefore, a raw
pointer is taken for the moment. We should carefully rethink this in
general after the release.
