[CMake] Get rid of testing magic. · 5de8257f

Tests are no longer build when running ctest / make test.
They have to be explicitly built within the test folder
using "make all".
This fixes FS#263.

[CMake] Add a test target for test/. · b0aee9ad

All folders called test/ are automatically added to CTest
by Dune and should provide a test target. Currently it is
a bug that a directory directly below the module is
ignored. Adding the target makes us future-proof.
