   - an additional indicator for adaptation of the initial grid can be
     defined and set via property AdaptionInitializationIndicator.
   - the initialization indicator can be enabled by setting the
     parameter EnableInitializationIndicator to true
   - two new initialization indicators are provided:
         - default indicator: no initial grid adaptation
         - boundary/source-indicator: indicator refines the grid at
           sources, dirichlet, and neumann-flow boundaries.
           Additionally, the indicator defined for the simulation is applied.

What are the beta scaling parameters?

They allow a scaling of two-phase capillary pressures according to
the surface tensions. Typically, the Gas-Water system is the reference
and the betaGW parameter is 1. Surface tensions between the other
fluid phases are a little different, and this can be taken into
account phenomenologically by the beta scaling parameters. An example
is given in dumux-lecture/mm/columnxylene exercise.

-seperated updateMaterial at the end of time step with that done after grid adaptation by introducing distinguishing bool. Compositional problem base class does that distinction.

updateMaterialLaw function in base problem

   - GridAdapt: new function wasAdapted() -> returns true or false after
     call of adaptGrid(), new function init() -> calls init() function
     of grid adaption indicator (all indicators need an init() function!), new parameter adaptationInterval -> allows to adapt only at certain time steps,
   - ImpetProblem: updateMaterialLaw() is now called in the
     preTimeStepFunction() per default

Removed viscosity for standard output. 
Assignment of equilibrium mass fraction for nphase if it is not present mainly affects density of nphase. This will also result in slightly different fluxes due to central averageing in phase potential.
