A new table for the sequential tests' features was added.
Using <div style="width:70%;overflow:auto;"> limits the horizontal
extent of the html page. As the tables are very broad,
they now have a horizontal scrollbar. This improves the appearance of
the documentation on our weppage.
Maybe there is a smarter idea for this?

Updated featurelist for all freeflow and multidomain tests and partially
for io and material.
As the parameterlist.txt, now also the featurelist.txt uses the doxygen
markdown for the tables.

problems; The list contains currently  only features of the implicit
test problems. Everybody is welcome to contribute the completion of the list.
