Introducing a Fluidstate property. Thus I can choose an appropriate level of non-equilibriumness :-) (i.e. only mass or only energy or both with kinetic transfer) with a fitting fluidstate. 

The other fluidstates are in devel.

-Correct major bug in Multiphysics model: 1p subdomain has not stored both phase pressures -> pc was unknown if it was transferred to 2p subdomain -> wrong phase pressures
Now, both phase pressures are stored in 1p subdomain. This will slightly change reference solution.

The model specific property names for the indices like StokesIndices have
been renamed to Indices for all Stokes box models. This implements FS 128. 
The old names have been kept for compatibility. They cannot be marked deprecated, 
only a // DEPRECATED comment has been made at the appropriate places.

FS 116. It unifies common functionality of the individual porous media
box models and renders the model-specific base problems like TwoPProblem
obsolete. The model-specific problems have been kept and marked
deprecated. All test problems in test/boxmodels apart from Richards now
directly inherit from PorousMediaBoxProblem.

this fixes the parallel stuff for problems which load their grids from
a DGF file. The problems which use other grid creators (e.g. the 2pni
test problem) seem to not need this...
