The dumux.pc.in is generated when making a new dune module. It is used by CMake to build the pc file.
The old file still hard wired a dependency on dune-pdelab.
After this patch the pc files gets the required dependencies from the dependencies variable (compare other dune modules).
Furthermore libraries and includes are also derived.
