The tests which were added in the CMakeLists.txt in the root dir are now added
in the test directories. All arguments were transfered.

remove patches direcory, rename 'util' to 'bin', update richards reference solution · 797fac60

no patches are required anymore, DUNE uses 'bin' for executable files
and the richards model has been fixed yesterday
