note: for now there is now isothermal, but in order to rename the files main.cc problem.hh etc. the foldernames should specify whats going on in the test

This involes small changes for the 2p non-isothermal problem and the
mpnc-comparison references and links.

* allow setting a fixed value anywhere in the domain
* do not use boundaryType but a separate function to check for fixed cell
* set 1.0 on the diagonal in the system matrix and 0.0 for the off-diagonal entries
  to improve numerical accuracy

The functionality is tested in `test/io/vtk/test_vtk_staggeredfreeflowpvnames`.
